1. Create Your Account

  1. Click "Register as Contractor"
  2. Enter your details:
    • Full Name
    • Aadhaar Number
    • PAN Number
    • GST Number (if applicable)
    • Mobile & Email
  3. Upload required documents:
    • PWD Certificate
    • Experience Certificates
    • Bank Details
    • Affidavit
Important: Ensure all documents are genuine and accurate. False submissions may result in permanent blacklisting.

2. Profile Verification & Locking

After initial submission, core profile details become locked for security.

  • You can still upload additional documents later
  • Admin verifies your class, experience, and legal standing

Full dashboard access granted

Pending

Under review by admin

Rejected

Account disabled

3. Subscription Activation

Before you can bid, activate a subscription plan:

  1. Choose a plan based on your bidding needs
  2. Complete secure payment
  3. Account becomes active after confirmation

Subscription benefits include:

  • Defined number of bids per month
  • Access to premium/high-value tenders
  • Advanced analytics & priority support

8. Ratings & Performance Impact

After project completion, clients rate your performance (1–5 stars):

  • Timely & quality work → higher ratings
  • Delays or disputes → lower ratings
  • Low ratings may reduce eligibility for future tenders
