Contractors and Clients register separately with mandatory email and mobile verification.

• Contractors upload identity, qualification, and legal documents
• Clients provide organization and authorization details

Admin reviews all uploaded documents and validates:

• Contractor Class & Experience
• Legal & Registration validity

Only verified users gain full access to bidding and tender creation features.

Before bidding, contractors must activate a subscription plan:

• Select plan based on bidding volume & features
• Complete secure payment
• Account becomes active after confirmation

1. Client creates detailed tender request
2. Admin reviews and publishes tender
3. Eligible contractors submit applications
4. Technical evaluation by admin
5. Financial bids opened for qualified bidders
6. L1 (lowest valid bidder) selected
7. Letter of Acceptance (LOA) issued
8. Work order issued after acceptance
9. Project execution and completion
10. Client rates contractor performance

After project completion, clients rate contractors (1–10 stars):

• Timely & quality work → higher ratings
• Delays or issues → lower ratings
• Low ratings reduce eligibility for future tenders
