- Submit only authentic and current documents
- Adhere strictly to tender timelines and conditions
- Maintain professional and ethical conduct at all times
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
EMD Forfeiture Conditions
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) may be forfeited in the following cases:
- Contractor withdraws bid after submission deadline
- Contractor refuses to accept awarded work without valid reason
- False or fraudulent documentation is discovered
- Contractor fails to sign contract / provide performance security
Blacklisting Conditions
Permanent or long-term suspension may be applied for:
- Fraud, corruption, or misrepresentation
- Repeated non-performance or abandonment of awarded works
- Submission of forged / fake documents
- Violation of legal or contractual obligations
- Breach of platform terms of service
Dispute Resolution Mechanism
- First level: Internal review by platform admin
- Second level: Admin-mediated arbitration between parties
- Third level: Legal escalation (if unresolved internally)
All disputes are handled in accordance with Indian laws and jurisdiction of competent courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
Data Protection & Privacy
- All personal and tender-related data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- No unauthorized sharing of user data with third parties
- Full audit trail maintained for all actions
- Users may request data access / deletion as per applicable privacy laws
